We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns

- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Items marked as final sale
- Perishable goods
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item(s) back using the provided return label or your preferred carrier
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same process as returns
- Specify the desired exchange item
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

- Contact your bank (processing times vary)
