4. Refunds for Cancellations
If your order is successfully canceled before it is shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. The refund may take a few business days to reflect in your account.
5. Non-Cancellable Items
Please note that certain items, such as customized or personalized products, may not be eligible for cancellation once the production process has begun.
